The Refinery

Welcome to “The Refinery”, where industrial meets luxury! Located in Northern Liberties, this boutique condo building includes 10 uniquely different units. Featuring details such as mezzanine units, industrial finishes, exposed brick, car parking pilot houses, and roof decks. Each unit with its own charm and story we are proud to deliver another successful project to the Philadelphia area. This project was made possible by a collaboration between Zatos Investments, Zatos Builders, and Gnome Architecture.
