The House of Hope

Zatos Investments is honored to partner with the Ertz Family Foundation and Gnome Architects on The House of Hope Project. Through the Ertz Family Foundation, founded by Zach and Julie Ertz, The House of Hope Project was designed to provide a sustainable place of hope and refuge for Philadelphia’s under served youth and families. With the collaboration of our friends at Gnome Architects, Zatos Investments will oversee the development and renovation of the Grace and Peace Community Fellowship Building. The goal of this remodel is to expand the building into a safe haven committed to delivering social change and transforming lives by providing needed services and programs to the Hunting Park section of North Philadelphia.
